Who We Are
The Spark Change Project team is made up of expert staff from the Excellence and Advancement Foundation and Girls Empowerment Network, and includes young women who are in high school. Together, this team will give Black and Brown girls a platform to develop an agenda and testify to local policy-makers about issues impacting their communities.
